A couple of polar opposites:
The Shawshank Redemption - particularly the stone through the poster, always gets me.
Dodgeball - doesn't matter how often I watch it, always has me in stitches... If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball!
Plenty of others, but those were the first to spring to mind.

Now and then I will, but rarely. Only ones I'll happily rewatch are: Point Break Le Mans Matrix (1st one) Errr - that's it. M.
