Didn't see it but, think it unlikely. Think it a complete waste of police time and our money, when a stern talking to would probably have sufficed.

I remember telling my mate about this at the time and he refused to believe me  . What I still don't understand is why oh why would you let your child go on TV and admit to the world that they are too dumb to notice they've been dating their female mate........ ....twice?!?!

Anyway, she was 18 when the program was made, 15 when whatever happened happened. What struck me though, was that she didn't seem as thick or scatty as I expected. Naive sure, but didn't seem daft enough to have been fooled in that way.

I felt a bit sorry for them at first - after all, it's so bizarre that you can see why it wasn't the first thing they thought of - but my sympathy started to evaporate pretty quickly. Some of the things that they said and did were just beyond the realms of sanity, at a time when the "Something is seriously f king wrong" alarms should have been deafening.

There's one side of me that thinks this Gemma girl is a misunderstood genius. At times it was like a subplot from James Bond, Bourne or Mission Impossible.
I was also thinking if Gemma had gave it all up when the sexual assault happened, deleted the facebook profiles, binned the mobiles, then the girls and the Police were looking for people that didn't exist. It was all very Keyser Soze at one point.
