Seemed more of an excuse to me, forget lyrics and walk to make yourself out rather than be rejected for something your actually good at, which has probably happened all his life.
So not showing favouritism to people who had good auditions but poor bootcamp performances then.........
What do they expect when they limit peoples song chocies and make them sing with others - complete waste of time - better off letting them choose their own full song to sing.
