I think all the dragons other than Duncan are absolutely hateable characters. Jones has taken a particularly mean turn in recent episodes and has an air of arrogance that surrounds him.

I'm also quite sick of the dragons taking the piss with the share of the company they want.

People coming in with a decent idea, only asking for £50K and then getting 40%+ offers. I mean they should haggle, sure, but they often don't. It's a bit exploitative, imo. It seems in the earlier series they were giving £150K+ for much smaller shares. They rarely got to the 40% that I've seen offered recently.

I think all the inventors should now come in with equally ridiculous valuations. Go low, £100K for 5% of the company regardless of projections. fk 'em.

I'd say Hilary is the nicest, so down to earth and friendly, but just don't take the piss or you'll regret it. hehe

Exploitative? It's not a charity and the people pitching are supposed to be running a business. They're always free to tell them to stuff their offer.

She's leaving at the end of this series - no news yet as to her replacement as fas as I've heard.

I thought the same but, think the investment was more for the lads knowledge than the actual product.

Duncan being an over-aggressive moron as usual. Has he forgotten the main benefit of trade shows is raising the profile of a brand and getting the product in the market's eye?
