This last woman was bonkers not to take Sarah's offer.
yes

There was something quite unlikeable (and a bit strange) about her too.

Innit marvelous?
That old money farmer is happy enough to take the ratepayer's subsidy but not Peter or Sarah's investment.

Should have gone with Sarah's cash-back offer.

Odd that she didn't seen to understand Sarah's offer - could it be that she is just a figurehead for the farm?

Not one investment, has that ever happened before ?
I'm one of the sad people that has been watching from season 1 - I think it's only happened once before, a few seasons back.

Don't understand why the last woman didn't come to an agreement on a ratchet system to peg it back to 25%.

I certainly haven't seen them all but couldn't remember seeing not any investments happen.

Essentially she took the advice of her "accountant" over a multi-millionaire investor which, presumably, her accountant isn't. Perhaps she should ponder on that one.

This. She clearly didn't have a natural talent for business figures. She was completely dependant on the advice she'd been previously given as she had no confidence in her own judgement on the matter.

She later said she didn't understand the offer, which was quite evident.

Thick as fudge. All she heard was 40%.
"But my accountant said - yadda yadda "

Also blurting out her limits and trying to negotiate with PJ before two of them had even spoken and made an offer.

Tonight's show 9/15. Ideas include a storage business for public schools, flat-pack furniture and an invention to assist dog and horse owners.

The series resumes after Christmas?

ETA: Along with Traffic cops, the BBC is getting fairly good at ballsing up their schedules.

Judging by the look on the woman on the lefts face, I would be afraid of leaving the premises at end of day - scary!
