Quite a late model (in the UK) and good condition Peugeot 504 pickup Kev has there! nerd

Not the most interesting series of his though - don't know how they'll drag it out for 3 more shows.

Two things.

whys the flue outside? It would give more heat if it was inside.

Where is the baffle and damper.

Think I'd skip the glue process and pop down to B&Q.

Will Trickett? Is there a connection with Neville Trickett the Minisprint Man? Didn't one of them build the John Pertwee/ Doctor Who Siva Edwardian Roadster?

I enjoyed last night's episode. The glass was good (if a little "on-grid" for convenience rather than building his own kiln/oven), the un-safe wood-burner and thermic lance was excellent, the cheesy-floor was erm... interesting, the rabbit glue was foul but effective.

Great fun last night and this is just about making up for Grand Designs at the moment those last two builds, the castle in Ireland & the glass box in Victorian semi street in Brixton were just crap programs with crap designs by very strange individuals.

Where did the huge side entrance come from last night? Or have I got my perspectives wrong, there seems to be a shot where people where entering the shed from the side the rather than the front porch when collecting their mulled cider.

Looked like a little cheat with the glass, he wouldn't have made the window's centre bullseye as that is from a crown glass circular pane. They used to use the glass from around edge and discard the bullseye but they are now used for decorative purposes.

I too was trying to work out what happened there. In an earlier shot, it seemed that only half the side was actually clad and, 'tother half was covered in felt/whatever they wrapped the build with. Can only imagine they peeled the wrap back for artistic purposes.

Part of that side is unfinished and temporarily covered with blue plastic on the outside (wood on the inside though), saw a bit of it last night, then it's removed for fitting out and filming inside for better light I would imagine.
