This revolving house/flat/den/whatever that George is designing; has he thought of how to contain the wastewater in the basin/bath traps when revolving?

I think they said the bathroom was going to be separate to the rest of the revolving house, i might be wrong though.

I like the wee dog house cottage.

Ah! I suppose the kitchen will be offboard too.

Yep, the granny annex is ace. Think they must have already had half the build materials to come in at a hundred pounds.

The renovated caravan was clearly built as a holiday let from day one, why did they have to dramatise it and pretend that it was supposed to be some sort of getaway for the kids?

That 'doghouse' beside the gamekeepers lodge was extremely well renovated, especially for the small amount of money spent. I guess it helps if you a skilled tradesman and can do a lot of the work yourself as well as have access to off-cuts and excess materials from other builds.

The pod was ok, i liked what looked like a roll cage if / when it comes crashing down to earth.

It's nice building a sensory stimulus space for kids, but what kind of tool thinks trailer jockey wheels are going to support a tonne+ of scrap aircraft plus whatever the fit-out weighs? Those things are doing well to hold up 100kg.

Those who can, do. Those who can't .....

His heart was in the right place though.

They certainly love the orange colour theme running through the house.

The Phoenix campervan thing looks like something out of Space 1999.

The Sea-king certainly looked the business and am sure kids would love to stay the night in it.

Agreed, at some point he said they would hold half a ton each (IIRC) but as soon as I saw then I knew that was bks. Its a bit scary that it could have held for a while, then given way while kids were under it.

That's more like at least 3 tons of helicopter and furnishings - the bare bones cockpit section alone like mine is a ton. And I've certainly never seen a jockey wheel that can really take half a ton - maybe 250kg at most. There-s no need as what car is rated to a half tonne nose weight?

£800 for what was basically a Beetle engine!!!

Shame that his exterior restoration seemed to be nothing more than washing it and re-fitting the lights. The fibreglass looked really rough and the paint was terrible. Was that steering wheel even legal for road use?

Quite honestly with a vehicle as rare as that its a shame he didn't just do a proper restoration - but then it probably wouldn't have got on to the show!!

Loved the blanked out slogan on the top of the number plates!
