Yep, looking good.

"We start shooting in a couple of weeks, and everyone is doing their best to make the fans proud."

Made me hope for the best.

biggrin

I've been trying to be very uninterested about the whole thing.

I'm not anymore!

John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Harrison Ford (grey hair in front of r2d2), Carrie Fisher (in black hand on chin), Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker not in pic (unless you can spot him) but said to be there.

Let's hope this doesn't destroy my childhood memories of some great movies as Episodes 1 to 3 did!

Showing his commitment to the role smile.

Also, note how Peter Mayhew is the only one reading the script - guess he needs to check his RAUUGHLLGHLL from his URRARGHHHHHHGHHGH.

Bloke on the BBC this morning did, but he's clearly muddled his concepts.

By including Ford, Fisher and Hamill (et al) it's obviously the continuation as Lucas always intended.

It'll be interesting to see how they write for the original cast.

Presumably Luke Skywalker will now be a Jedi Master akin to Obi Wan and Yoda, and I'm guessing they'll have to have Han and Leia in a parental role. I mean, they *have* to have Han and Leia married surely? I know that their marriage is part of the Expanded Universe but that's pretty fundamental (I hope). I know that I for one would be upset if they crapped on *that* particular bit of EU canon.

She wont need to if she got married, just use her innate nag & get Han to do it. It's like those metaclorian things that turned up in Ep.1, only less contrived.

How do they explain unhealthy weight gain in the future?
