Suprised me they sold that mustang being the holy grail of muscle cars, I'd love to have heard that boss engine on full chat.

The show does seem to be going the Discovery formatted way.
I enjoyed Outlaw Garage, with Jessy James, but it seems he wouldn’t toe the line and the show was cancelled.
Monster Garage? Loved that show!I enjoyed Outlaw Garage, with Jessy James, but it seems he wouldn’t toe the line and the show was cancelled.
I agree re the recap crap and 'coming up'. Even police interceptors are at it now its just Jesus, spoiler alert in the middle of the fking show.

What a noise, that's some car.I still adore this show, it's probably my favourite thing on at the moment, along with Game of Thrones.
Last night wasn't a high-point though and had a few warning signs of impending shark jump:
Sad story behind the latest build - danger sign.
Unrealistic time scale - danger sign.
Family drama - danger sign.
Other than that we saw the Tom and Jordan show working on a obscure, but not very interesting car, which they only did the 'make it run and drive' thing too anyway.
And Arron and 'the other one' bolting a lot of stuff that didn't fit (not a great advertisement for Dennis) onto a boring car.
BUT, unless I missed it, no mention of Gas Monkey Bar and Grill!!! (because they promoted Twin Peaks instead).

Just a thought but there was something bothering me the other day when I was watching the series, actually it wasnt something that bothered me but something I noticed. I was mid episode and I noticed a car loitering in the background that was sold in an episode a few weeks prior, I'd suggest the show isnt edited into chronological order but chopped together over a few months to try balance out the uneventful weeks with the eventful ones. It didnt bother me so I dismissed it, but perhaps the lack of Bar n Grill mention was because that segment was filmed before the bar and grill opened, then aired after it opened...anyway, great show, love watching it!BUT, unless I missed it, no mention of Gas Monkey Bar and Grill!!! Another filler episode this week (UK one).
Sad times, most reality shows fall apart in the end, but this one has fallen so quickly.
For those who missed it.
Richard and his mate with the hair travel back up to the frozen north (or they reused previously shot footage more likely) to not buy some cars.
Lots of not very interesting old heaps got pulled off trailers, and sold again.
They sold off some stuff they had laying about from old episodes.
Obligatory Bar n' Grill segment.
With the proceeds they bought a car they had built 10 years ago, which was on the crap end of 'rat look'.
I think they might have changed a carb on a car, but didn't show it
I'm sure in the middle somewhere they went straight from 'before the break' reminder to 'coming up next' preview without actually showing anything in the middle.

Its turning into a "heres more st I bought off ebay that I've done nothing interesting to and flipping to some guy who wants to be on TV"
I much prefer Lords of the Car Hoards, these shows are becoming all much of a muchness and Fat N Loud have moved away from what made them good in the first place
