Wow. Just wow.

Great episode.

Wilson, I didn't think you'd sell them out frown sad to see him go (or is he?)

And a Mrs Rabbit after all of that!

Great ending to a very enjoyable series.
+1.

There is a limited edition of the The Utopia Experiment comic book coming out soon. Know what's top of my Xmas list.

Hmm, started off well but imho, went off the boil in the last 3 episodes. Don't think I'll be bothering with series 2, if there is one.

What an ending; I've never known a program with so many twists and turns. Best series I've watched in a long time.
Very much looking forward to series 2.

Er did I miss something in the previous episode? Where has Arbie got too? Did I manage to omit from memory his demise?
Thinking the same.

I think the last time we saw Arbie was in the room with JH after he set fire to the corridors. So he's got out of that never to be seen until series 2, or he snuffed it. Possibly.

Great, ta muchly!! Hopefully passing that way if I can escape from the rock. The Isle of Man, that is, not Alcatraz. That would be easier to get away from, barring the sharks.getmecoat

Speaking of dramas filmed in Liverpool, note to writers of "Good Cop": this was how you should end a series. Fine as the finale to a one of series or the lead in to a 2nd. Not a botched last 10 minutes..curse

My Tuesday evenings will be quite empty for a wee while.

Just got round to catching up with the final episode - Great finish to a series I enjoyed a lot! smile

Some nice twists and turns throughout and thought all the characters had a chance to shine in that episode.

I would actually be satisfied if they just left the series at that to be honest. I like that there are some unanswered questions and stories left dangling. Though if they do make a 2nd series I'll be sure to tune in.

News update thread bump.

Series 2 is in production, and there's going to be a US remake on HBO, directed by David Fincher. http://www.denofgeek.com/tv/utopia/29283/david-fin...

Very torn!

Really don't think it needs to be remade. But equally I love pretty much everything David Fincher does...

We shall see!

Will be interesting to see how a US Remake is handled. I expect that there are a few bits that they would cut like the school shooting

Would make it more like a documentary?
