I watched the whole series in one hit last night and it was absolutely fantastic! Just as good as the first series, which was simply top notch!
Excellent script, acting, soundtrack, cinematography and story.
More please!
I must admit I wanted to see Wilson get his comeuppance, but hopefully they will have a third series

Watched the final episode yesterday on 4OD.
Was originally attracted to the show following the trailers show prior to Series 2 coming out so watched all of Series 1 beforehand.
I've been very impressed overall. Interesting story, great acting, some shocking scenes, brave writing, twists and turns. Properly good.
I did feel the final episode was a touched rushed. They seemed to brush over the locating of the chap(s) who was to release the virus a bit quickly.
Surely there has to be a Series 3!

I felt the final scenes were saying that 'Mr. Rabbit' will never die and can take on any form. They have certainly left it open for what would surely be a final series, but it probably isn't needed.
All questions have been answered, the only developments would be a bit soap opera; Jess, Becky and Ian situation, Grant living with the Dugdale's and what will Arby and Carvel do now? The rest of the main storyline, as somebody already pointed out, would be too obvious.
I wouldn't mind if that's how it's wrapped up but I would definitely watch a third series.

Agreed. The ending was a bit of an anti-climax from what you pointed out.All questions have been answered, the only developments would be a bit soap opera; Jess, Becky and Ian situation, Grant living with the Dugdale's and what will Arby and Carvel do now? For the next series they should jump forward in time:

Then there's the ultimate question, as the viewer, what do I want? Do I want Janus to be released and Mr. Rabbit to succeed? The argument for Janus is damn strong, the argument against is just a question of morality. The only hiccup being Carvel's extra input in choosing a race to take over the globe. This will be sour news to Milner who detested the idea wanting random selection for a fair run for the surviving populations.
I prefer Carvel's plan though, to help evolution!
Janus is more humane than the solutions I’ve (jokingly) suggested. But its hard to deny the strength of the argument that it’s morally preferable to doing nothing and watching the world tear itself apart over food/water/land etc.I prefer Carvel's plan though, to help evolution!
However Carvell’s decision would backfire badly. Imagine a world where 10 years after the last human has been able to conceive a child, and it becomes obvious that there has been a forced sterilisation. Except for the Roma, chosen to inherit the Earth. Hate crimes would turn into a Rwanda style genocide.
Sorry. It’s only a TV show. I’ll lighten up.
