I'm an irregular watcher of this.

I usually find it quite entertaining, but don't go out of my way to watch it.

I did see the first episode of the new series and I smiled a few times, but generally it didn't seem that funny.

I really like Lee Mack in WILTY and earlier series of this were pretty funny at times, but I felt this was quite a weak episode.

It had a couple of funny jokes but it wasn't great.

I'll give it the benefit of the doubt that the first episode was to introduce the new format before it starts to get into its stride

Was never a fan of the old format, maybe because Tim Vine always makes me want to kick my telly over.

I thought it was genuinely funny, had a fair few laughs throughout so will be giving it another watch.

I have really enjoyed all 3 episodes, but last night's has to be one of the funniest things on the box for a long time.

The 3 kids really set up the situation, but the comedy banter between Lee and Lucy is just brilliant.

Lucy pleading through the car window with the ferry guy whilst caked in child puke was also a pretty good piece of acting.

I thought it one of the worst NGO episodes ever and certainly by far the worst of the current series

I've just watched episode 2 and 3 and really enjoyed both.

I enjoyed the telephone conversations with the ferry man (Rob Brydon).

I'll try and watch episode 1 later smile

Obviously targeted at my juvenile sense of humour - presumably David Walliams is more "where it's at" for you?

I enjoyed it. To be honest given the absolute dross served up in the name of comedy it's good enough for half an hour on a Friday evening.

It's a mistake to presume just because someone has a different opinion to you.You couldn't be more wrong

That was a truly dreadful episode.

Kids were excruciating.

A few funny moments (most courtesy of Rob Brydon), but nowhere near enough.

I thought it was a pretty poor effort compared to Ep 1 and 2 of this series.
The dialogue was far too contrived, with Sally Bretton gradually becoming less and less convincing and almost pantomime-like in her delivery.
I found the kids plain annoying too, and they added little to the story other than some pointless whinging and the "sound effects box" which seemed to be nothing more than a way of nudging the audience as to when to laugh.
3/10

I'm not enjoying this series as much as I have done with previous ones. I don't know whether it's the addition of the kids, or the change in situation and the removal of the will-they, won't they scenario that's been in there from the start. Didn't help that Dave were showing some of the earlier ones with Tim Vine the other day.

They seems to be repositioning it as the new Outnumbered as those kids have grown up.

Trouble is Outnumbered was only funny because the kids were funny/endearing. These Not Going Out kids are dreadful.

It's total dross.

I find Hugh Dennis' downtrodden & henpecked character mildly amusing and I quite enjoyed 'George' in the latest one but that's about it - not only for that episode but for the entire series.

The kids (and their acting) are truly awful, Lee's dad is beyond annoying and I've no idea what's happened to Lucy's character.

I'm done with it - just hoping the new series of Catastrophe doesn't go the same way.

Much improved without the kids.
