5th ep was a bit of style over substance I'm afraid.

I'm up to s02e08 and I can't help feel they are stretching ideas a bit thin this series. I still like the general violence of it but the story has taken a back seat.

There never was a story, really. Each episode is a self-contained vignette of sex and violence. Well, the better ones are.

It's been renewed for a 3rd season so must be doing ok!

Still not seen a UK date though

Ep09 has woken them up a bit. Julian Sands is back. I often wonder why he doesn't feature in more TV. Next week's ep is going to be a great one.

Don't be hard on the guy - he's only told us 99% of the plot. laugh

Yeah, it's not exactly a huge plot and now the whole thing is ruined!

I'll just have to watch it for the excessive violence and gratuitous sex I guess

S2 seemed to have some filler around episodes 4 and 5, and I thought the directorial style changed a little for a few episodes (not for the better).

But it's all back on form. It has most definitely found its mojo again. Ep8 and Ep9 are a return to form, and has left me expecting a lot from the coming final episode of S2. cool

Trouble is, S3 isn't scheduled to air until Jan 2015. frown

S02E09 very good. Big fight next week, and Proctor's 'niece' is due to get her kit off again soon.

Yep, it's certainly back on form in Ep 8/9, especially after the oddness that was Ep 5...

Looking forward to the next instalment.

Just started watching this and can't help but see Harry Enfield when Antony Starr appears as the lead character.

Keep hearing: "You fun with my wife," every time he appears.

Not watched it but the original movie with Vincent Price and a young Patrick Mower was very well done.

I've just watched Warrior. That Indian guy was massive!

Also, is there anyone in town who Hood isn't going to shag, I still think he might have a go with Job!

just about to watch S2E3 and still enjoying this series a lot - is it just me or is the whole niece/Kai Proctor thing seeming a little 'off' (though the masturbation scene last week was quite wow!)
