I didn't think the latest was as good as the last one, but I will say that it was very, very good. I'm warming to Enoch a lot but:

I found the escape from the fight arena a little contrived - where were the guards after all? Also, how will Daisy get her powers back and why didn't fitz shoot the controller?
Fitz only had one of those blue shooting guns that stuns not kills. Not sure if it would have the same effect on electrical tech.

Yep, that was a fantastic episode, loved it.

Loved the wedding at the end, and that it actually happened and wasn't interrupted by someone falling into a void, a massive robot turning up or Fitz spontaneously combusting.

I'm starting to get concerned about Coulson - they can't really kill him off can they? He makes AoS for me, the comedy, the father figure, his interaction with May, all of it.

There's been no mention of her in IW and her film is based in the 80's. And Coulson is confirmed to be in it along with Nick Fury!
With two eyes!

Oh and AoS was freaking awesome this week. Easily my fave show of the moment, well, tied with Santa Clarita Diet biggrin

The events of Winter Soldier happened between episodes, so there was a dramatic shift in the show. It looks like the remainder of this season will take place while Infinity War is happening. My guess is the big event at the end of IW might be the last scene at the end of the season finale.
Oh wow. That will be sodding epic if they finally win the big battle and then POOF half the team disappear! My head would explode.

Mind. Blown. And yes it was mighty dusty in the living room last night! Or hayfever. I dunno.

They can’t lose Phil, he’s the whole show! And there’s no way Fitz will stay gone

Good opener - lots of scene setting so not much happens, but here's hoping the pace picks up...

Anyone watching the latest/last series?

Loving the different theme for each episode. Currently on the 80’s one and it’s just brilliant.

Really sad it’s going to be the last series.

I haven’t got around to obtaining any of it yet. This used to be my favourite show but once they went up in to space it just got a bit too weird. I’ll watch it at some point, but you kind of have to wonder how many times can Coulson die??
They address that this series actually. In a most amusing way.

This is a lot more fun than the previous series and if you are or have been a fan, definitely give it a watch as it’s been written as the ending so should be epic.

I’ve got four episodes left. Sad face.

Just finished S7. Brilliant, a fitting end to the show and as has been said, the right time to end it.

Hot damn Daisy gets hotter and hotter though doesn’t she?

Ok, just watched all of S7 over the last 3 days. Was actually quite cool, although the ending was rubbish. Why can’t anyone write decent endings these days?
I think writers are so used to things either being cut off after one season, or stretching them out forever, that they’ve forgotten how! I actually enjoyed the ending, certainly left things open for some spin-offs.

Agree with above too, Mack is a rubbish director. Though he’s learning as he goes, and didn’t really want the job in the first place.
