Spot who doesn't watch any live TV and so hadn't seen the ads
Sorry chaps - the stupid o'clock showing was the only one that came up (with its +1 showing) when I searched the Sky+ app this morning. Predictably, having just checked again, it's now also showing the 9pm showing and I look like a prize eejit. Doh!

Anybody still watching this? I caught the latest UK episode (S3Ep9) last night, still really enjoy it.
Getting very interesting and Daisy is .
I am! It's one of the few series these days that I record and try to watch the same week, rather than just let a load pile up before I catch up with them.Getting very interesting and Daisy is .
I agree it's getting nicely interesting. Shame that the Civil War film is apparently going to have no crossover with AoS, unlike the last Cap film. I read earlier this week that someone asked the writers about the AoS storyline and whether it would feed into the film, and the reply was pretty much "Agents of what....?"
It looks very much as if, having set AoS in the larger MCU, the flow is only going to be downwards from the films. I suppose I can see why, to avoid alienating the more casual film fans, but it strikes me as a bit of a missed opportunity, especially given the whole increased-prevalence-of-Inhumans and the backdrop of the demand on those with powers to submit to oversight to the Civil War film.
Yeah, I suppose it might be that - although at least AIUI that's a good couple of years down the line, isn't it?
As I said, it's not particularly surprising - for a number of reasons. It just struck me as being a missed opportunity and a lack of "joined up thinking", which is odd given how tight a leash the MCU is generally kept on.
I suppose perhaps the change of emphasis away from general superhero registration (in Civil War in the comics, from what I gather) to more specific regulation and oversight of the Avengers meant that the scriptwriters wanted to keep the focus narrower. Let's face it - it sounds as if there's already plenty going on in Civil War. Age of Ultron proved that trying to shoehorn too much in at once isn't always a recipe for success.....

The way I see it, AoS is tied into a much bigger story than the civil war thing, which although important, is a very small local story.
I can understand the movie types looking down their rich noses at the telly types, there is obviously two levels of production. I can't comment on the subscription shows, since I've not seen them; Daredevil and whatever else there is etc.
ALso, this is a universe, not everything needs to be tied in directly, stuff goes on and not all will be aware, like life.
But the Inhuman thing is a SHIELD thing, which is a HYDRA thing, and I'm not wholly sure here, but I think the Inhuman that the fantastic actor...forget name...in the last ep of AoS referred to might be THanos, the central figure and instigator of much of what is going on in the galaxy.
I recall from my comic days that THanos is from Titan, and worships Death. He is also the central figure of the Infinity Gauntlet story, which will be a crazy two film deal later on.

So is THanos the guy on the planet that they want to bring back through the portal? I don't know, I'm only up to ep9.Titan is important for Inhumans, as is the Moon. Thanos when we've seen him in the films is sitting on an asteroid? We saw something on Titan in ep 5. My guess at the time is that it is the manifestation of Death. A creature that could have been worshipped millennia ago, all the Death Gods etc. A creature that Thanos worships.

Definitely not Thanos. Thanos isn't and Inhuman and wouldn't need to keep his appearance obscured. Nor has he been exiled to a planet.
Nerd chat is that he/it is an Inhuman called Unspoken. Kim of the Inhumans before Black Bolt
Seems I got confused with Inhuman and Eternals.Nerd chat is that he/it is an Inhuman called Unspoken. Kim of the Inhumans before Black Bolt

Titan is still where some Eternals live though, along with Uranus.
Maybe it's this character?
