It was a little disturbing.

Especially the cutting to her at the end while the police were downstairs.
That is the word I was looking for "disturbing".

'Disturbing' makes for good drama.

Objective achieved then I would say.

I quite enjoyed the creepy aspect making it stand out from the usual offerings.

Good wasn't it?

I said to mrs envy whilst watching it that if someone had been in the house and moved stuff around there'd be no fking way I'd go back in there.

We have it Sky+'d and may return to it, but I gave up and finished the pots washing up last night not long after the police had come in and searched at the start without turning the lights on, seemed stupid and only to make it look scary etc and then the main lady electing to stay in the house in which stuff has been moved and the police can find no sign of entry.....yup that seems rational!

Is it worth sticking with it?

Yes, if only to see if Scully walks around with another button on her top undone. I reckon visible bra crossover bit by next episode and by episode 4 her belly button will be exposed while fully dressed.

Given she's already invited a young copper up to her hotel room if wager we'll see a bit of bedroom gymnastics before the end.

Only if you can take your brain out and watch it for what it is.

I'm not saying that it's bad, just not that entirely believable. Which woman in their right mind stays in a house on their own which has been broken into?

As I said, take your brain out, go with the flow and enjoy it.

I'm getting totally confused about this, all the bloody women look the same!

Who was being murdered right at the end?

I think she has a picture in her attic, it's the only explanation.

I'm actually finding it quite hard to watch. They are making the victims into real people, not just generic dead people like you get on other shows. They show fear and distress, and I for one am feeling very uneasy. It's going to come back and haunt me at three in the morning. And the killer is more disturbing than the usual generic nutter. He could live next door.

It certainly isn't an easy watch. I think I sat through most of tonights episode with a frown on my face, but I'm sure I'll tune in again next week, as I'm intrigued how it will pan out.

Did anyone else notice a couple of characters were named after real life guitar makers? I wonder if there were more I've missed.

ETA: I've looked up the cast list, there are 8 guitar related character names, I am very perceptive/very sad. You decide.
