Bit of a belly when she was leaning over the desk, but you wouldn't kick her out of bed for eating biscuits, Hayley? (tea Girl) looked very rough.

Who was the blonde MILF in the *really* tight dress? She was dealing with the stuttering newbie...
Awful dress.

How on earth did this manage to get a second series? The first one was mildly entertaining initially but rapidly got old.

Horrible programme with attention seeking people acting up for the cameras.
The silly tea girl is past her sell by date now.
Well dur! rolleyes What the hell do you expect? It wouldn't be much of a show if it was all boring people making phone calls would it?
I bet you still watch it next week.

I reckon that Urshulla girl was on drugs, either when the show was being filmed or in the past. Her head's broken.
Jesus! She has ruined her face.

From my mate about the tattoo girl "That Ursula on there beat up her step father and was in the paper. She also said on Facebook "you look like Madeleine McCann getting raped". I think she's taken herself off Facebook now. She's poison!"

Nice girl....

I bet Nev would count his lucky stars she left if he ever finds this out!

The introduction of Ursuala was a real "WTF" moment for me and the wife - is there anything less graceful than having the word "Graceful" tatooed on your face?! laugh

Nev showed again that underneath all the antics, sometimes he's quite astute.

In particular I thought using singing was a very clever way of identifying whether someone is a team player and it worked perfectly on Ursula.

At first it all just looked like a pointless game, but when Nev ripped into Ursula it was clear that the singing served a very specific purpose.

She's on Instagram. Frightening (and possibly NSFW).

I wouldn't know, today is genuinely the first time I've ever visited the site. However, the blurb says:

"Instagram is a fast, beautiful and fun way to share your life with friends and family."

It doesn't say:

"Instagram is a fast way to feed your ego by posting dozens of images of yourself".

So would any of you enjoy working for nev?

I'm not sure I would, seeing him going round playing with people's nipples seemed to me very unprofessional. Not sure I could take someone like that seriously.

Completely different management style to what I've experienced. Am I right in saying he built the company up from scratch? Credit to him if true. He must be doing something right.

I think you have to view his management style in context - he is running a call centre that specialises in cold calling, an industry which by all accounts is one of the most depressing around.

"Wacky" management techniques might just about make it bearable and as above, some of them appear ridiculous, but have a very serious purpose.

I was in school with a couple of people in the show, none of the main "stars" though. I wouldn't class them as friends but I know them to say hi to and they seem quite happy it, as far as call centre work goes.

I also have a mate who used to work there and his method for making sure he didn't get on the show was to say in every sentence when the cameras were around. Crude but effective as he never got put on TV. He hated working there.

Without nev and his unorthodox approach to the work place, it would be even stter to work in. Staff would have a much higher turnover and would be impossible to grow the business.

He isn't stupid. Especially when recruiting as mentioned.

just watched the first episode of S2. Was Ms Jenkins wearing under crackers or not?

For those at the back it was she wearing the painted on 'dress' and high fiving the chap with the stammer.

The MILF in the tight dress. I don't think so...
