They are still trading as normally - just a way of avoiding a debt

That is sad news, what a character he was. How did he die? RIP Nev

Says a lot that when Nev goes on holiday and tells his son to hold the fort that his son goes on holiday as well. I think his son is "employed" but doesn't really have a productive role - just for tv.
Nev strikes me a as hard working bloke who has built an empire from nothing, despite its success probably being of questionable substance ("grants" advisors, "free" boilers etc etc) but will probably croak before he gets to hand the keys to Phil who will p!ss the whole lot up the wall in 12 months.
Very prophetic Purple - I liked New RIP

I saw this article yesterday morning.

https://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/breaki...

Two parts jumped out at me:

1) The circumstances surrounding his death are currently unknown

2) Another wrote: "Saddened to hear Big Nev Wilshire died last night from Covid. When I wasn't down the Swans as a kid I was watching him banging in goals for my local Welsh League team Briton Ferry Athletic. RIP Nev"

The second would be unfortunate, given that on Twitter he was vocal in his objections to vaccine passports, many of which have been deleted overnight.

Sad news. I still use a Nevism at work.

"Some will, some won't, so what? NEXT!"

I also can't hear Mr Brightside by the Killers without thinking about his excruciating/brilliant induction seminars.

RIP Big Nev

I think she has her own TV show out west, according to a glimpse at Welsh telly while on hols last year. She’s moved on, lucky girl.
