Thankfully this is the last series.

Like Falling Skies it could've been great, but I think the writers have tried to drag it out too much and ended up with the pace of Walking Dead with a Hollyoaks storyline.

Welll I finished the first series and still enjoying it. Ill give the second series a go.

Someone compared it to Twin Peaks which I liked all those years ago.

The first season was surprisingly good, and interesting.

The second one was watchable.

The third is crud.

Its the being cut off from the world, lack of food deliveies, fuel etc and how people repond is interesting. Not so much the other strange stuff

Well done to those of you who persisted. I am amazed anybody got past a few episodes, let alone that they kept making it.

It was just too absurd for me. Not the dome - I was absolutely fine with that - but the characters were beyond ridiculous.

There were good reasons for the third season getting pushed from a 9pm slot to after midnight; no-one should need to suffer through this level of crap. I'd assume the viewing figures must have been appalling, and it was only contractual obligation that stopping it getting moved to 5* or somewhere like that.

The original book wasn't brilliant but the TV show just went off on a stupid tangent and never came back.

We stuck with it, The ad breaks got shorter and shorter, single ads sometimes, sign of terrible figures

We I finished the second season. I just want to finish it and move onto something else but the last season isn't free on Amazon Prime, they want £1.89 per episode so it looks like I will not finish it at least anytime soon.

Anyway whats a good follow up to this? I might try Haven

whatever you do - don't start with Zoo, its bad. (but i'm five episodes in and now have to find out what happens).
