Just caught up on the last 3 episodes and got to say this is my favourite show on TV at the moment.

Excellent story, acting, script and characters. Could well end up being one of the greats.

Just caught up with the last episode in the series and got to say I'm really surprised at the lack of interest on the forum.

I'd rate it as the best new show in quite a while and thought the quality of the acting, script and story was top notch.

Anyone else been watching?

Yes. I stuck with it, and it slowly gathered momentum. I really enjoyed the last episode and the build up.
Didn't blow my socks off, but I love watching Liev and...old guy, the dad.
I shall be viewing series 2.
It probably is the best new series this year...can't think of a contender?

It has potential to be good, and indeed season one has been, but it risks the old too many cast members that a lot of shows do.

I've been enjoying this too, and will definitely be looking forward to season 2. It was especially good to see a decent season ender after the disappointment of Dexter last weekend!

But what it has done is given them all some story so they at least feel like actual people, rather than just a bunch of cardboard cutout extras.

It'll be interesting to see where they go with the story in season 2 as quite a few of the big plot points appear to have been tied up.

yes

Dexter had been going slowly downhill for quite a while though (since season 4 and Trinity IMHO). Still a stty last episode though.

I enjoyed it. I think it's a slow burner and focuses too much on the family rather than the work (which looks interesting) but it ended well with a small-ish shocker.

I'll be watching out for S2.

I liked it. Thought they'd focus more on the 'fixer' side of things (which would also have opened up more storylines and potentially added more variety in my view).

Liev is excellent as Ray and Voight is perfectly cast too. An unusual but very engaging series.

Hannibal?

Ray is very good and I liked the ending and looking forward to S2. I did find it a bit up and down in the middle. Going to be interesting to see what they do in S2 as a lot of things were kind of dealt with in the end.

Enjoyed Hannibal, but did find myself losing interest a little towards the end of the series. The other new show I really enjoyed this year was Banshee.

I got bored with that.

Bates Motel seems really interesting.

I have to say I was a tad disappointed with the last episode and God forbid I end up on a beech like that for my next holiday!

I have to agree with the earlier post in so much as Hannibal was much better and kept me riveted for the entire season.

Really enjoyed it as well, good to see it returning for season two.Lasted about fifteen minutes with Bates motel-as soon as It seemed to be a bit American teen angst and was also a modern realisation.
If I'm completely wrong, don't bother letting me know,by the way-although it seems to be getting great reviews!
