Being a bit of a fan, hence username, I've watched most of these and quite enjoyed it.

Not quite how I would have done it, but better than the Stephen Mangan effort of a couple of years back.

And Drew Barrymore in her leather gear! cloud9
Who cares if the beanie hat DID make her look like the Edge smile
We are getting well into this, getting better chemistry with the cast as it goes on
Watched the first few episodes and not made my mind up yet. Think the second was better than the first and was fairly funny so will try a few more over the weekend.
Thought Ms. Barrymore looked a lot more middle aged than I've ever noticed before. Maybe the darker hair didn't help.
Really wanted to get into this, wife and I instantly enjoyed the trailer and watched two episodes straight away. It's potentially great but there was something about the Drew Barrymore's acting and the script that we couldn't get on with. Not quite funny enough to be an off-the-wall sitcom, not deep and sharp enough to be a cooky drama. We'll try it again no doubt, but with so many great things to watch (or-rewatch, -currently going through GoT again from episode 1) it needed to grab us a bit harder.
Wife and I both did the whole series, seemed to stop just as it got going. I found myself chuckling often, but still felt something was missing, but carried on watching?

Kind of looking forward to another series

Sing Street is up.

Twee, obvious, predictable. But still well worth a watch. Especially if you decided on your band's name before you could play an instrument (like me).

If you think Gregory's Girl, you'll be in the genre pocket.
Watched the other day, wife's had her eye on it for a while.

Agree with all you say, it's a bit of a charmer.

Tried a couple more Santa Clarita the other day, so many on here liked it but we didn't get on with Ep.1 - still not doing it for me; 'kooky' acting is too forced.

I've just started watching Master Of None. Comedy about the life of Dev, a 30-year-old actor in New York. Really liking this more as I get into episode 4.

We are currently watching "Once Upon a Time" where a group of fairytale characters get cursed and sent to America. Sounds awful, is actually really good. And Lana Parilla cloud9

I'm very late to the party, and hadn't read or knew anything about it beforehand, but I just started watching Black Mirror (season 3, I understand).

My god it's good. Terrifying as well. Loved the episode with Bryce Dallas Howard in the world where everyone has a social media score.

The best episodes are brilliant. I recommend the Xmas special "White Christmas". Also, the first episode of season one. When you do watch it, bare in mind the PM is based on Cameron, and at the time we didn't know the sordid allegations of his Bullingdon Club days.

I've just watched my way through Backstrom, decent quirky police procedural starring Rainn Wilson (of the Office US fame). Only one season unfortunately, but still well worth a watch.

Finished Santa Clarita Diet this morning, I thought it was okay - when it's good its great but it had a few bum notes IMHO. It definitely got better as the cast got comfy both in their individual roles and the general bizzareness of the show's world. I'd put good money that if it gets a series 2 it'll be brilliant thumbup
The nerd next door is the stand out character for me. Superbly played

I've just watched the first episode of Sense8. Not really gripped me. Is it worth sticking with?
