Tonight I watched 'Look Who's Back' based on an earlier recommendation in this thread. It was absolutely brilliant. Really funny and very clever, it would make a great film to study at A-level/University.
It's based on Hitler coming back to modern day Germany, however the only drawback is subtitles.
is it on UK netflix? It's based on Hitler coming back to modern day Germany, however the only drawback is subtitles.
I watch very few series', but had been enjoying Limitless on Sky. However, it seems that it won't be having a second season.
Is there anything on Netflix that might appeal? I don't like too much drama/'soap' effects and drawn out stuff (eg The Walking Dead) and find love interests/scenes unnecessary. Obviously Limitless is fairly light hearted so doesn't need to be particularly realistic.
A nice soundtrack would be good, which Limitless manages too. Cheers..

Thanks for the reply. Documentaries: Making a Murderer, Kajaki

Without wanting to be overly dismissive I think that while I'd enjoy watching most of those, Daredevil is perhaps the only one that might fill the void.

Spotless was a brilliant watch!
A great black comedy at times and equally gruesome at times.
Was recommended to me by a work colleague yesterday, I was day off today so I've managed to watch 4 and a half episodes; it's brilliant. A great black comedy at times and equally gruesome at times.
Really enjoying it.

Just seen 'The Invitation'. Highly recomemded - a slow burn, claustrophobic psychological film.
Kind of reminded me of 'Coherence' - a dinner gathering in California of friends and all does not seem right...
Thanks for the recommendation. Just finished watching it, brilliant film! You are right about it being a slow burn but well worth it. Kind of reminded me of 'Coherence' - a dinner gathering in California of friends and all does not seem right...
