Hyena
6.2/10 on IMDB

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1837574/

"Col Needham, founder and CEO of IMDb, included this film in his list of top films of the year 2014."

Brutal, "Sexy Beast" sort of story telling about a corrupt policeman trying to keep it together as events around him fall out of his control and start spiraling.

Great direction and a very good soundtrack.

Anyone else seen this?

It's no Sexy Beast IMO, not sure if you should mention them in the same sentence... it's more "Welcome to the Punch", or just Hyena...a brutal cop thriller..but most certainly worth a watch.

When does Stranger Things start getting good? I'm about 3-4 episodes in and can't say I'm hooked yet...it's just about watchable so far but I don't find myself desperate to watch the next episode each time one ends. Wondering at what point I should say 'if I'm not into it by now, I'm not going to get into it.'

It doesn't. Give up now.
I actually disliked it and gave up after 3 episodes.
Every character was a cliche and annoying.

Whilst I really enjoyed it, I agree with the above - it's not the sort of thing that ramps up and changes through the series - if you're not into it by end of ep3 it's not for you.

After getting bored of Netflix, I cancelled my subscription, bought a fire stick, loaded Kodi on, loaded Exodus onto that and now I can watch absolutely anything.

Not half as bad as I thought it would be, very much like Amazon Prime's Lucifer, but I would say slightly better.

My literacy is not judged by posts on here as much a you may think so.

Why be unfunny, defensively rude and illiterate then? You lose by doing so.
