I've watched the first 5 episodes this week and I came here to suggest it. It's easy viewing that doesn't make you think too much/at all to follow the story. Even though the story line is based around tragic circumstances it has that very polished, American feel that makes you warm quickly to the main characters.

It's one that grows on you. I think the characters are quite conplex that you need a few episodes to understand what they're about and it makes it all the better.

Cowboy bebop is on UK Netflix now, which if you are into anime is supposed to be one if the best ever series.

I watched the first couple and it was just as rubbish as every other anime I've tried, but feel free to give it a go

Limmy's Show - Off the wall, sometimes dark sketch comedy. Great continuity and running characters. Weird.


The Fear - 4 Part TV series about a gangster whos moved into property with his sons running the crime side of stuff who finds he has the early signs of dementia. Another criminal family is edging into his patch and the past starts catching up as his abilities fade. Recommended for its portrait of mental health meets Spotless.
