Brooklyn Nine-Nine is quite amusing in a light-hearted comedy cop show kind of way.

One of my favourite comedy shows at the moment, it's sort of like Scrubs but in a police station.

I watched the first season of The Killing. Disappointed really, not sure if I can commit myself to 4 seasons...
The American version is not a patch on the Danish one.
The Danish version is well worth the effort of subtitles

S3 of House of cards coming end of Feb , cant wait smile

Just about done with season 4 of Sons of Anarchy. I've really enjoyed it so far.

I would expect that if they did lock it down they'd lose a LOT of subscribers. I certainly wouldn't pay for it if I could only access the UK region

Just found a rather handy app called Upflix, which lists all new additions to each region, links to trailers and reviews, and can also list by category - In the 5 minutes that I've been playing with it, it looks pretty useful..

Started well, but seems to be getting less funny with every episode.

To be fair it must be tough for any comedy to compete with stuff like Modern Family, 30 Rock etc.

To be honest, I thought it started weakly and got better as the cast became familiar with each other. Each to their own I guess smile I would recommend sticking with it til the end of S1. Let's face it, even Friends had poor episodes.

Automata
With Antonio Banderas, gives an interesting twist to A.I evolving. Loses it's way a little bit in the middle skipping over a few plot points rather quickly, but it comes back strongly in the end. Well worth a watch.

Radio Free Albemuth
Like above, this film gives as unique twist on alien contact and the reaction of the government. A slow burner.

On to S6 of Sons of Anarchy now, it's good but Jesus Christ it's a tough watch and I am no shrinking violet.

Currently working my way through the trailer park boys, didn't expect to like it but I'm enjoying it (a bit to much at times, laughed for 2 min's solid when conky's head was shot off).

The episode where Bubbles explains what swish is, is probably my favourite. This scene here makes me laugh so much about 20 seconds in:

Must have been removed, I know I watched Automata on there a while back. Shame as it was a half decent watch.

Generation War - been mentioned on other threads, so thought I'd give it a look now it's on Netflix.

Bloody brilliant! Well worth a watch and good to see the war from a German perspective.

I need to get back into this, I watched up to Season 5 and didn't watch any more, haven't seen any of the films either, but loved it while I was watching it.

Bit of a niche one but I watched a documentary called Where the Trail Ends on Netflix over the weekend, basically some random downhill mountain bike nutters trying to find bigger scarier hills around the world but the visuals are awesome. Well worth the watch if you're into the extreme sport kinda thing.
