Also Virunga as it looked good from the trailer
It's utterly brilliant, watched it a few weeks ago and forgot to mention it in this thread. Best documentary I have ever seen it was moving and shocking

I found the documentary Ubermencsh , its about Shep Gordon who has been manager to Alice Cooper for 40 odd years , amongst many many other big names

A hilarious story of chance and how it was back then , really enjoyed it smile
I'll have a look at that one - I watched the "Beware of Mr Baker" one recently after having it on my list for ages, that was a good watch for anyone into music (he's ex-Cream and many others due to his volatile nature)
Sorry its Super Mensch

Bit of a niche one but I watched a documentary called Where the Trail Ends on Netflix over the weekend, basically some random downhill mountain bike nutters trying to find bigger scarier hills around the world but the visuals are awesome. Well worth the watch if you're into the extreme sport kinda thing.
I watched that too, it's excellent.

Check out "Art of Flight" if you like ski/snowboarding stuff

Does anyone know when the new series of 'Orange is the new black' and 'House of cards' are coming to UK Netflix? Apologies if it's been answered already.

Just watch Virunga. Eye opening and sad. Tickling the gorillas made me laugh though but really felt for the bloke when they got invaded and when he lost one of them.

I've been watching the spy cartoon Archer. It's brilliant, and really not what I expected when I first experimented with it. It's also quite rude.

I've watched it about 20 times, it's my comfort blanket. It's great even if you're not a mountain biker. The scenery is outstanding, as is the riding and overall production. Utah and the other regions they visit are the most beautiful places in the world imo.

Breaking Bad is overrated, tried 3 times now.

I've yet to find a series that betters Prison Break, just superb.

The Shield is next on my list.

The visuals in it are what makes it such a good watch, they even put the riding into second place when it comes to reasons for watching it.

Me too - good documentary, quite sobering and made me think just how much we take for granted living here...

Watched first episode of TPB last night. The odd laugh but not sure I'll continue. Wasn't what I expected at all.

For me I had to give it a bit of time so I got to know the characters - It wasn't until about halfway through the first season that I started to get into it - after that, couldn't stop watching it. At about 20 minutes per episode you can get through it pretty quick.

On a slightly less cultured note, Sharknado 2 is on there and worth watching if only to see Kelly Osbourne have her head bitten off whilst playing an Air Stewardess. Happens in the first 10 mins smile
Haha, Sharknado 2 is such a BAD film. Stuck it on for a laugh while on paternity leave, so so bad. The Kelly Osborne bit was probably the best bit tbh! The main character over says everything and Tara Reid needs to just stop acting, she can't act!

Quality! Possibly even better than Where The Trail Ends. Nuts how easy they were starting the avalanches in Canada! Just tt the ground a couple of times with the bored and away it goes. Wouldn't want to be going down and discovering you'd just started that off!
