Still Game. A BBC Scotland sitcom from a few years ago.

I found it properly funny at the time and it still is.
Is that the old guys from the Chewing the Fat sketch show? I'll have a look for that later, cheers.

I discovered NETFLIX for other regions when I was injured last year & have to say :

Miami Vice
The Munsters
Longmire
The A Team!
Monarch of the Glen!

we're superb finds. I just don't get the time to watch as much as I'd like to!

A day later and I've finished it. Great show, cracking storyline. I had a rough outline of old Pablo before watching the show. Will have to do read up on him further
First 8 episodes done in 2 days. Last two tonight. Really, really good.

I'd recommend Killing Pablo by Mark Bowden - very interesting book.

I don't know why the BBC and Channel 4 cannot manage a hit-rate like Netflix. Seemingly everything they commission is brilliant.

I've been watching Line of Duty this weekend, good drama show about a unit tracking corrupt cops. Unfortunately there are only two short series of it.
Is this on the USA version? Can't find it on UK Netflix...
It's not on the UK one? Quite surprising as it's a UK show. It's on the Swedish Netflix.
Now on UK Netflix!

Has anyone mentioned Narcos? wink

Done in 2 sittings for me, top drawer telly. However there were times when from a certain angle I kept thinking Pablo looked like Ron Swanson which was a bit disconcerting.

Narcos is brilliant. When's series 2 due out? Kim not sure how much more of a story they can make out of Escobar? I'm deliberately not reading up about him, in case I spoil the next series. hehe

I read the full story last year. I was thinking with about 2 hours left that they were going to have to either speed up or skip bits if they were going to get to the end within this series.

There's plenty left to tell!

I've watched all nine series of Trailer Park Boys in the space of a month. Absolutely brilliant, had me in stitches, I know it's old now but if it hadn't cropped up on Netflix I'd never have heard of it.

I'm jealous of people who have never seen it as it means they get to laugh the hardest I've ever laughed when they eventually watch it. My favourite ever TV series. I watch it when I'm a half pissed sometimes, I wonder if they were "method" actors scratchchin

Haha, yes, they are very convincingly drunk/stoned/stupid, aren't they? I've still to watch the films, too smile

Say Goodnight to the Bad Guys is the best of the movies in my opinion. Enjoy!

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

The series follows "The Gang", a group of five depraved underachievers. Each member of the gang shows varying degrees of dishonesty, egotism, selfishness, greed, pettiness, ignorance, laziness and unethical behavior, and they are often engaged in controversial activities. (Wiki)

I'm finding it very funny, never heard of it before but first shown in 2005 and 10th series aired in 2015.

I'm currently on series 2, it seems to be getting funnier, this series has Danny DiVito in.

I was shown it 6 months ago and I've seen it from start to finish 5 times. Honestly, it hit my funny bone like no other tv series :s

Watched Jo Nesbo's Headhunter last night.
If you can deal with subtitles, well worth a watch - good thriller.

It's Always Sunny is brilliant, I'm watching it through for the second time in the mornings with breakfast currently on season 3.

Charlie is the best character, his voice kills me laugh

Don't think it has been mentioned yet. I've been watching 'The Code' recently, a 6 part Australian drama about two brothers, a reporter and an autistic computer hacker who, when investigating a car crash, get mixed up in a political scandal. I'm 4 episodes in (of 6 in total) and am really enjoying it. Definitely worth a watch.
