If you are interested in rugby union then Pacific Warriors, great doc / movie and only 90 mins long.

I enjoyed this too. Loved it when one of the designers said he knew the design was right when he'd be happy to be outside washing the car.

You don't spend your time washing your own car unless you want to.

V Late to the party- but just watched Series 1 of Homeland.
I am told that was the best, and the rest tail off.

True ?
I loved series 1 and 2, but after that I wasn't quite so hooked. Probably because the absolutely perfect Morena Baccarin cloud9 wasn't in it so much.

I actually thought series 1&2 were the worst. Season 5 was epic!

Very (VERY!) late to the party but does anyone know where you can watch The Wire from scratch, without forking out (and I'm not talking about dodgy torrent sites). I watched Ep1/S1 ages ago (and I can't remember where I got that from) and thought I might go for it but I can't find it on Netflix, iTunes want £2.50 an episode, and I haven't found another source.

Thanks.

Not very helpful, but I watched it on HBO Nordic in Sweden.

I **think** I have the DVDs at home, I can check tonight when I'm back and I'll post them on to you if you like.

If you have an android phone or tablet then get hold of showbox. It has the wire on. If you can't find a copy of showbox pm me and I'll email over a copy.

How hard have you looked?

I rewatched it from start to finish over Xmas (and Jan!). There's an odd one doesn't work on Putlocker but GeekTV has them. Putlocker is easier to get on with though.

I did see those but are they not dodgy and/or torrent sites? Not that I'm being holier than thou, but I didn't want any agro from using that type of site?

No torrents, just click and play.

GeekTV has an annoying pop up at the start of each one. As for dodgy, well I'm sure it's not entirely legal but it's not bothered me as I've binged on all the stuff I used to pay Netflix for. And a lot more besides. Coke & Popcorn is good too but doesn't have The Wire.

Adblock and fill your boots. My only concern is how long I can get away with it for. smile

Lone Survivor (7.5/10)

Initially felt a bit TV movie (the backdrop looked a bit too "set-up") but I quickly warmed to it and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's based on the true story of a US marine and his team on a mission in Afghanistan that goes wrong...
