It's ok you can say "black women" without offending anyone.
"Coloured woman" is racist apparently as is "brown woman" and I'm sure a "white woman" would get offended by it.

According to this Torygrpah article, the original idea was for it to be a “mix of Harry Hill and The Royle Family”, so no coincidence they chose Craig Cash (and occasionally Caroline Aherne) to do the narration.
