It's one of those programmes you can't explain without it sounding a bit st until you watch it & it's actually very interesting & often very funny.

^^^^ This. But it does upset me when one of those women is drinking from her Pot Noodle pot! At first I thought she was eating a Pot Noddle but in one show it was clearly a drink in there. Get a pint glass ffs!
