I have spoilered this, but if these tags don't work on the mobile version then look away!
My bet is the new threat is in the water. The kid with glasses died from what looked something like Ebola (don't know if anyone can shed any more light on this?). Very sudden build up of illness and death, bleeding from the eyes - like the zombie at the fence.
Both these people died of an infection, not from being killed by zombies. They kept showing shots of the one at the fence, and the water - they must be linked.
It's also possible that Rick's group are somehow immune, or at least more resistant to it... or are maybe carrying another illness. Glasses kid died after shaking Daryl's hand (he killed the deer which glasses kid ate).
Also, the new combat medic guy is up to something.
Should be a good season!

No worries for me anyway as I like to hear about cast and stuff plus I always wait until I've watched the latest episode before coming on the forum. Just a reminder to anyone on mobile beta skin to avoid threads with spoilers that they don't want revealing.

Really enjoyed the first episode - the adverts come think and fast though! I'm not ever buying that perfume on principle! Still it was recorded so I just fast forward through.
That incident with the Irish girl was pretty disturbing! Seems to be some sort of virus is going to be the 'big thing' this series, I just hope 'nerdy kid from everyone hates Chris' doesn't take out any characters I like before Coral kills him (he always does). Saying that didn't he actually die from hitting his head?

I felt the scene with Carol telling the daughter to kill her father with a knife and then having a go at her for not doing it, was a scene that that just did not sit well with me. Felt a bit contrived/artificial that lacked the realism of emotion of what was being asked. It was quite a shocking scene I thought...
Also the whole prison setting feels a bit old. I mean wasn't that Season 3? I just feel they are re-hashing stuff. For instance, the mystery person feeding the rats to zombies to attract them was an exact copy of a scene in Season 3.
For me, this what made it just a reasonable episode, which is a shame. It was decent otherwise.

ked, even for a crazed woman in a post-apocalyptic world.
Only seen the first episode last Friday but one thing always nags at me, Hershel's youngest daughter Beth. Yes she's cute but she's like the anti-Kenny of South Park. She doesn't do anything and I expect her to be killed any moment but doesn't, she always survives or misses the action completely. I can't see any story to her except looking doe eyed at different boys every now and again. Last series it was Carl and then Rick when the baby was born, I thought she was going to go all crazy and pretend to be the baby's mother and try and seduce Rick.
