The mango lollipop...that’s just a Solero right?

I mean these are very pretty but a drop of juice on a flower? Really?

I’m so lost on this pompous nonsense on every level. I hate it when they talk about precison and cooking a cake - fk off, how about a group visit to Rolls Royce Derby or Mercedes HP engines and we can re-evaluate the comparison of a 1000hp F1 engine and a gateaux because I’m pretty sure one is tougher to make and involves rather more skill than throwing together half a dozen eggs and some flour in the oven at gas mark 3
Yeah, but you wouldn't want to eat, would you? hehe

I just have no interest in this type of food, In fact I almost don’t consider it food in the same way I don’t consider half a formaldehyded sheep art. It’s not passion or love, it’s smoke, mirrors and fakery for the super rich to fawn over and get ripped off at the same time. Real beautiful food doesn’t pretend to be something it’s not, I’d rather have a home made rice pudding with a boozy fruit jam or a fantastic tea bread whilst on a good walk rather than any of this crap soulless chemistry set food.

That was close. I think if Claire had arranged her plate symmetrically she would have survived. My feeling is Sandy will win this but it will be a close final and it will just come down to who can hold their nerve on the day.

Bugger, we had £5 on the winner from ages ago. I picked the rugby chap on A whim, then when he went picked Clare. £10 down.

I’ve been asked if I want to double or nothing; who to pick now! OH has Thomas from when I had rugby man.

Sandy has been good at puddings every time - so it’s fallen well for her.
