I think MC needs to be called out for encouraging pretty much everything to be served undercooked. In the hands of expert chefs with prime fresh ingredients then maybe rare pork, rare game, rare duck etc are an acceptable dining choice if you are so inclined. But to encourage home cooks to see it as the fashionable default is dangerous in my opinion

Yep, some high praise for the contestants this evening - a fair chance the winner will be from this batch.

As an aside; does John not get on with Sitwell? I did notice him shaking hands with Greg but not John.

Some interesting cooking this evening, though still some cooks continue to take on too much within the allocated time.

Was trying to think whom the young Annie reminded me of - Jodie Kidd?

Talking to myself here but, the girls are giving the blokes a good kicking. Mostly though, am enjoying the backing music.

What was going on with the music last night? It's like they just fancied mucking around.

The girls sailed through. Should walk it tonight.

Yeah, it was some of the 'jingles' just popping up that actually had me listening to the music - hilarious, I thought. biggrin
