Boring terrible film.Thought Gravity was bad this is right up there with it.Absolute crap.
You're a strange man.I loved it. It's a Godzilla movie for goodness sake, I'd be pissed off if cities DIDNT get squashed. And if you've seen any of the originals then the fact Godzilla is a larger lumbering fellow is a good thing! The giant t-Rex wannabe back in 1998 was not Godzilla!

I assume most of the people who dislike it have seen the original. Not that I'm belittling them, but if you go in expecting Destroy All Monsters or Final Wars you're going to be disappointed
In the original, was the man in the rubber dinosaur suit only on screen for just a few minutes of a really st 2 hour film? Saw this at the flea pit cess pool toilet Odeon at Marble Arch back in the Spring and despite that being one of the worst cinemas I've ever been to, I rather enjoyed the film.
On Blu ray it didn't hold my attention quite as much, but I like the way its made and there were some elements I still really liked. I enjoyed it.
