Didn't watch "Stargazing Live" then.

BBC at its best.

Used to love Screenwipe and Brooker's rather dark and surreal humour. He did seem to get far softer and more tolerant when he married and had a kid though frown I'll definitely give this a go, along with Stargazing Live. A feast of viewing for tonight biggrin

Funny, I can't stand Doug Stanhope, I'd almost rather watch Mrs Brown's boys!

Otherwise, Charlie Brooker's worth a watch, although I find him very hit and miss, personally.

It's nowhere near as cutting as it used to be. I'm no longer chuckling all the way through and don't care if I miss it anymore. Shame really.

ps I bumped into him on a Sunday morning near his house and it seems he's always a grumpy bugger!

No, unfortunately SWMBO was in control at that point.

I like Brooker and Stanhope, they make a good team. Stanhope is a good guy in person too, I met him and his Mrs. in Cardiff last year after a show.

Whats the other one? Romania? Not sure that is even a real place.

Brooker has always been hit and miss, mostly depending on you attitude to whatever programme or subject he is ripping to bits.

He was pretty accurate on the misery of Eastenders.

His Mrs, she's slightly nutty isn't she?

Very much so. A nice, playful nutty rather than mental nutty. She wanted to lick my elbow.
