I always enjoy (is it Claude?) Claude's interviews. Proper extreme negative feedback interview to see how they cope.

I did chuckle at the clip we saw of him at the end of this week's episode, shouting after someone "that's not the way out". How awful must that have been for the candidate - just been obliterated by Claude and then shouted at right at the end because you can't even find the right exit!
