I've been on PH for getting on 10 years and the only time i've courted a ban is on a rachel riley thread- there might have been a couple of photos that were a bit ummm.......

Am i the only one who enjoys the joe wilkinson bit? Its certainly less annoying than jimmy's laugh.

No i think that bit is excellent. We clearly share a childish sense of humour.
...and me
Me too. I appreciate that Joe probably does rather jar with the sophisticated Wildeian wit of the rest of the programme, however.
Me three.

Miss Riley is divine. I like the fact she wears things that leave room to imagine. Way sexier than simply having it all on show.

She had a towel like dress on recently and you could quite easily see her bits and bobs with no imagination needed

Miss Riley is an odd one. Sometimes she appears to be clock-stoppingly gorgeous and then other times not so much.

Seems far hotter when she dresses down, although the red dress on Countdown this AM, hubba and indeed hubba.

Nice legs. Compensates for Sarah Millican.

Where is Jon Richardson today as I missed the start.

Nope. Utterly dull. I think the crossover novelty has had its run but at least we did not have to put up with the utter pointlessness of Joe Wilkinson.

Thankfully! He's a complete waste and ruins the programme.

I quite liked him as a guest but once he started helping Rachel Riley it got tiring very quickly.

Last nights program seemed a bit flat to me too. I guess it can depend on the guests and the chemistry between them? Sarah Millican is a bit tedious and I don't really know the Canadian bloke, apart from an occasional ad for some series he was in.

Rachel Riley could be showing me wall paper samples and I'd still be hooked.

I noticed on the previous series that he was very withdrawn as if he really didnt want ot be there, might have jacked it in!

I'm with Fort Jefferson from page 1 of the thread - that bloke Joe Wilkinson really grates. He's just not funny, disrupts the flow of the show completely when he comes on. It comes across as he's someone's mate and they're giving him a career leg-up because he can't achieve it on his own merit.

Lat time without Joe and Jon was the first one I could actually stand! Joes been mentioned but I find that Jon forgets he's on a comedy show and would rather be normal countdown, which kills the format for me.

I can't abide Jimmy Carr, but I do enjoy countdown - last night (on Dave, I think) Rachel was wearing a fetching short turquoise dress which was rather nice smile

Then Joe Wilkinson (is that his name, the bearded idiot) came on and I turned off - If there is a segment of the show that is cringe-worthy, it's his.
