I'd really love to see something like the Hubble pick up Unicron in deep space. Unicron needs to be in it.

Ah mate. I managed to get the Blu Ray from eBay. Absolutely love it. Have the original toys, comics and vids from the 80's. Great memories.

I'm hoping that it will make an appearance in one of the films eventually! It's one of the most vivid memories I have of watching cartoons as a kid that film, I loved it.

I giggled like a wee kid the first time they transformed in the first movie and made all the noises, it was awesome. Didn't even care if the films weren't great, I just wanted to see big robots fighting and brought to life in a way that me as a kid could only have dreamt of biggrin

Agreed 1000% smile

Could you imagine the non TF fans' reactions to Unicron transforming? I'd get goose bumps.

Here's a couple of pics that I just had to take.

That is awesome!

Me and my brother had a serious collection of original Transformers. Easily the best toys that have ever been IMO. smile

Many thanks. They were indeed the best toys available (in my eyes).

There are more DVDs behind the ones you can see as well as some in the silver box. The figures are a mixture of ones that weren't available in the UK, ones I never got as well as the new Masterpiece range. A couple of porcelain busts thrown in there too smile

I've also been getting the UK reprints of the comics in trade paperback form. I can smell the 80's.

This is what I was indicating at in my earlier post. It's a great film and I've been watching it loads with my 3 year old. He also sings the songs at random moments!

Edit: it also contains the word "st" which my wife isn't too happy about!

If I had any money I'd buy the masterpiece stuff.
I lost all my original UK Comics, but still have a few GN reprints.

Oh Man! Great collection!

I still have all the comics from the 2nd or 3rd UK issue, right up to when they joined up with Action Force smile.

I am such a TF geek and I do not care! Optimus Prime is my childhood hero and the original TF film is amazing still now.

I used to have a great collection, I madly gave them all away when I 'grew up'.

I want the Masterpiece collection and will someday treat myself to Prime and Megatron hehe

Such a geek!

Some serious movie critiques in here.

They are brain out movies, nothing more, and they don't need to be. Just enjoy then for what they are.

Shia Le Berf out, Mark Wahlberg in, which should improve things
If a movie is actually improved by having Mark Wahlberg in it, then I would set my expectations pretty low before going to watch it.

His strongest role was when he acted as a singer in Marky Mark and the funky fools or whatever they were.
