If you're referring to the early death where the camera lingers on their body (not going to be a spoiler as I forget their name) then I agree that was totally unnecessary, as was that statutory rape joke. Some versions of the Animated Movie have one use of the word st in it so you may need to cover his ears wink
That's the scene. The beach bum fella.

The reference to underage sex was utterly pointless too.

Just seen this video on fb.
Made me geek out.

A bunch of Autobots toys transform, Ultra Magnus toy really is quite cool.

Cool animation.

The masterpiece Ultra Magnus seems to be exactly the same as the original toy I had.

A mate has a couple of Decepticon masterpiece models (starscream and megatron) and they were decidedly more involved and detailed than the originals.

Gutted my toys didn't survive. I had shedloads, of the 'best' ones as well. Sound wave, Hot Rod, Magnus, Prime...

Very nice animation. However, it fails to use the standard transforming noise hehe

I like that - I like that they haven't gone all out with an over-CGId "look at the intricate detail of the tiniest metal shard" and gone back to how they looked in the 80s smile

Looks amazing, doesn't it? I wish there were a new feature length movie using the same style of graphics. I'm very excited despite knowing next to nothing about this game. My only fear is that it's from Activision, so the day one release will amount to a load screen, and half a dozen DLCs to actually play anything biggrin

This is the only Transformers film worth watching.

I tried watching that recently and after about 45 minutes I had to turn it off - I loved the story and everything, but the incessant 80's rock soundtrack is intrusive and got really really annoying .....

There is a simple reason for this.

You are ghey. smile

The soundtrack is one of the reasons it's so fking brilliant.

Although, the best bit for me is the first 20 minutes, just non-stop violence from the Deceptacons all-out attack.
It's a shame that the movie was just a reason to shove a new load of toys, Ultra and that lot. If the film had been about Prime and Megatron, it would have been far better.

Heh heh - It is a brilliant film - but the constant rock is annoying :P

It is, however, a pretty violent film

Crazy violent, and the storyboard was even more so, sadly it was turned down!

Why the film is great IMHO:

-soundtrack
-non stop cartoon robot violence
-Prime dying (I watch every new film waiting for him to croak!!!)
-"arise Roddamus Prime"

My sons been watching it since he was two and loves it. It pisses over the live action films in every way!
