I'm sure she's the co driver for Phil the technical advisor on the show, so it's a bit of a setup just for the purposes of entertainment I think. Still, I enjoyed the episode. Is she covering his prop shaft? Or is she checking his dip stick

I wish they would either drop the buying and selling bit and concentrate on the techincal side or do the whole thing properly, as in buy a car, fix it, sell it and then buy the next one with the funds from the last one.
Quite enjoyed tonight's episode - I do like it when WD work on quirky cars rather than the more obvious choices (like with the Panda earlier in the series).
I wonder if they included the cock up with the window thing to give us home mechanics hope... if Edd China can fk something up, I'll always feel better when I do something similar.
(Yeah, yeah, I know it's TV and it's not real...)

I just watched it too.
I thought they glossed over an incredible amount of work. Edd just casually mentioned an entire interior re-trim, for example, without any of it being shown. By contrast they really laboured the dome, the polishing of engine parts, and hub caps. I'm sure the hub caps can't possibly have been £8 each though, not for the amount of work that appeared to have gone into them.
The "coming up" stuff before each break contained major spoilers which annoyed me enormously. I really wish they wouldn't do that. Teasers are kind-of ok, but outright spoilers just aren't on.
Finally, I thought they made an excellent choice on the colour - the red with white accents really worked.
(The buyer was super-cute too )

Just watched the last episode, as others have said there was an older wheeler dealers "hands on" feel to it, one of the best in the series I'd say! Nice of them to show us the dome mishap, interior looked fantastic for saying Ed just gave it a 3 second mention though..
Don't know if it was just me but I found the girl at the end really rather strange
