Paul thinks he's solid yet looking at the colour of his face it looks like if you said boo to him his heart would explode.

That lady former-MP lick

It would be worth playing silly buggers just to see her again.

Whilst I do feel sorry for the girl who is being evicted because the council suspended her housing benefit she did move someone else into the house which I assume means she was no longer entitled to the benefit - or had to reapply as a couple - so what did she expect the council to do? And how long was she fraudulently claiming the benefit whilst someone else was living in the house.

I feel sorry for the kids more than anyone else.

I think someone has already asked this, however, i didn't think they could take 'tools of the trade', e.g. the dry cleaners?

According to thesheriffsoffice.com they cannot take tools of the trade but "these goods must be used solely by the debtor for the purposes of his or her work to fall under ‘tools of the trade’". And if it's a limited company then they cannot claim 'tools of the trade' so they can be seized.

The cameras these guys use must be very discrete because no one seems to ask them to stop filming which is the opposite of what we see on the BBC's the sheriffs are coming.

Big iffy that they added £800 to the car dealer's debt as a "Seizure fee" even though seizing the vehicles only consisted of writing their details onto a piece of paper.

According to him. What's the landlord supposed to do, provide free accommodation. £2k a month is obviously daft and all the more reason to cap housing benefit, which I know is another topic.
