Can't Pay? We'll Take It Away!: Ch5 9pm
Discussion
The scouser in episode one was an utter cretin - threats to kill, criminal damage, resisting arrest....he should have been sent to prison.
Felt sorry for the soldier however he had years to make alternative arrangements. And 12+ months to evict a tenant? It's no wonder some landlords use unofficial means to evict people given the official route is so time consuming.
Must be a hard job to do though - especially when kids are involved.

no sympathy for any of the cases on here. they are given so much warning then blame everyone but themselves.
Liverpool man should have been prosecuted for far more including threats to kill etc. In the end he got a fine £15 more than being caught doing 35 in a 30 limit. Utter scum.
Ah, a man that wears a shell suit and is a dhead. That'll be someone from my home town. Twunt!!!!! Liverpool man should have been prosecuted for far more including threats to kill etc. In the end he got a fine £15 more than being caught doing 35 in a 30 limit. Utter scum.

Did feel sorry for the Army vet. Northern Ireland, Falklands and the Gulf and he is on the scrap heap. Something not right.
Out of interest, and genuine question: why should he be a special case? Compared to (say) some bloke who'd worked as a miner, then as a truck driver and then Burger King, and who'd then fallen on equally tough times?EskimoArapaho said:

The army vet admitted that he had maxed out on his credit cards,He was however up to date with his rent/mortgage payments. He must have had a lot of time off work due to his medical conditions and used his credit cards to buy things,A shame what happened to him but, never a good idea to use credit cards if you are struggling financially.Laurel Green said:
