Its the people left out of pocket I feel sorry for. The fact that the tenants owing rent couldn't have their possession's seized to pay their outstanding rent was a joke.

Why doesn't the Somerset woman realise it's her husband who shouldn't be able to sleep at night?

They are not only out of pocket for rent, there is the cost of damage etc.

Entitlement culture uk. They want shiny things but they don't want to pay for them.

The scouser in episode one was an utter cretin - threats to kill, criminal damage, resisting arrest....he should have been sent to prison.

Felt sorry for the soldier however he had years to make alternative arrangements. And 12+ months to evict a tenant? It's no wonder some landlords use unofficial means to evict people given the official route is so time consuming.

Must be a hard job to do though - especially when kids are involved.

Have you been to Bridgwater? It's not known for having an intellectual elite.

no sympathy for any of the cases on here. they are given so much warning then blame everyone but themselves.

Liverpool man should have been prosecuted for far more including threats to kill etc. In the end he got a fine £15 more than being caught doing 35 in a 30 limit. Utter scum.
Ah, a man that wears a shell suit and is a dhead. That'll be someone from my home town. Twunt!!!!!

It would be ironic if they turned up to repossess your telly whilst you were watching this programme.

Did feel sorry for the Army vet. Northern Ireland, Falklands and the Gulf and he is on the scrap heap. Something not right.
Out of interest, and genuine question: why should he be a special case? Compared to (say) some bloke who'd worked as a miner, then as a truck driver and then Burger King, and who'd then fallen on equally tough times?

The army vet admitted that he had maxed out on his credit cards,He was however up to date with his rent/mortgage payments. He must have had a lot of time off work due to his medical conditions and used his credit cards to buy things,A shame what happened to him but, never a good idea to use credit cards if you are struggling financially.
