It's not 2 hours though, is it? They all know it's coming and have had ample time to try and sort something out.
I do have sympathy to a certain extent as it must be really horrible but they've had multiple warnings.
Its definitely not 2 hours. From the first official notice to enforcement turning up at your door is many months of notices, court action, judgments etc. The bailiffs actually book an appointment with the tenant so they know exactly what time they are coming.I do have sympathy to a certain extent as it must be really horrible but they've had multiple warnings.
There is zero chance that a Tenant does not know they have to leave.

Landlord then punts it to high court, who evict much quicker and with no notice at all... Chaos then rules the day.

A very gobby 'woman'. "Get 'orf my land".
The debt was £16k but they took the keys to all 5 coaches. Seems a bit over the top. The owner mentioned doing school runs, but some of those coaches were Continental long-distance jobs. On lease I suppose.Glad to see the old guy was rehoused by the local authority. Even the landlord sympathised, but why was everybody misled for 2 years? Crossed wires, or somebody telling porkies?

I cant say i care for this programme,
its not pleasurable telly to me watching people on the bones of their arse loose everything
I sympathise with you over the latter people, but some of them are just selfish con-artists, deliberately not paying their bills, and hoodwinking everyone. its not pleasurable telly to me watching people on the bones of their arse loose everything
