No it isn't, many debtors use the county courts as a stalling tactic and delay for as long as possible, a judge still makes a decision in the high court on whether or not to grant the order after considering the evidence, so could knock it back if so minded.paulw123 said:

k all there's no point chasing them, although you could take those who do have money to court for the losses. I'm not sure how a high court order would play on a customers credit rating either making it harder for them to get a tenancy agreement in the future. Not to give them 2 days is ridiculous. I'm not surprised his face was masked.
I really don't think Landlords should be able to use this High Court route for evictions, or they should at least have to give them a fixed date, not just turn up after the Housing Office has given them the County Court route advice that notice will be given.

They should change the way these happen seems once it goes to the high court they all say the county court has not told them.
