I watched this last night.

I liked it.

But I also thought it was total shiete.

It was in no way "entertaining" and I didn't have a fooking clue what was going on, yet I watched all of it.

It would benefit from a "retard edition" that includes a running commentary explaining what the fek everything meant.

Who/what was the black being at the death of the disfigured guy? Was it appearing because the last skin wasn't suitable?

I took this to show that there were others: recipients of the 'food'.

Rather simplistically I took it that she was a worker ant collecting food, motorcycle guy/s was/were a soldier ant/s and they were providing for the benefit of the colony. She then succumbs to humanity in some small way which may be why they have a limited lifespan.
