Car SOS - New Series 2014
Discussion
I caught this for the fist time last night...they were doing up a black 'cossie.
Thoughts - it's just another show where they effectively paint over the cracks and make the car look superb. It was an enjoyable enough show, but I fear for the cars longevity after fixing the rust. Was any of it properly sealed behind the panel etc.?
I suspect in a couple of years time the bubbles will start to appear.

As a programme it's entertaining enough.
Was considering writing in..........
They're not all rot boxes, the ones that have been rebuilt from a shell up are normally quite solid
I could see that was a dog from the other end of a TV screen as soon as he opened the garage, I've a feeling this episode is going to involve a lot of welding. Interested to see what they do about the dashboard.

They didn't bother to try and get the correct ignition system on the white car [as seen on the featured red car]
Try finding a working ECU,2 coils with HT leads and a flywheel sensor cable.
Also not surprised a dashboard couldn't be found, they are out there but a 4 figure price may be required
to buy one.
Did enjoy this though seeing as the 16i was one of my favourite cars, till it went wrong !
