Car SOS - New Series 2014
Discussion
I only watched the Daimler Dart episode due to the clash with WD - I’ll catch up with the MG (?) episode tonight.
Really like the show in general and it’s good to see the reactions of the owners when they see their refurbished pride and joy – the old fella with the Dart was really choked up when it had sunk in that his car was back and in a pretty good state, considering.
One thing that annoys me about the show is the “oh my god, we’ve got such a short deadline!!!” script that just about every bloody programme HAS to feature these days.
I am not fooled. I’m not an idiot/American who believes everything on TV to be real. I don’t need artificial drama on a sensible TV show featuring classic cars. So just pack it in, OK?
Could be worse though.... “it’s a disastwer, Mawio!”

I do agree on that. Would be a nice change to just have a 'done when it's done' attitude. Real life has too many deadlines as it is!RumpleFugly said:
Nat Geo.
Like WD, Tim does the part sourcing and contracted processes, while Fuzz, the mechanicals. The non-car bits though are less irritating.
Didn't Tim's wife of his Lotus Esprit GT when he was on radio talking to a lady /his wife though he was chatting her up car sold for £1.... Ouch - lesson taught and think he's still with her.
