Fab. Well worth a watch. (Though you might want to finish the TV first as it would be a tad confusing!)

I liked it a lot.

I thought Freeman was very good. Nailed it IMO.

Billie Bob makes it look easy though. He's a class act. Easy to forget he was Angelina Jolie's other half. I think he knew her during her wild days. They were a very rock and roll couple. I'm sure his autobiography would be a good read.
They were actually married until she dumped him because he was shagging around. Does make you wonder what the other women were like if Jolie wasn't enough for him.

While cheating on Jolie may be hard to top, as far as acting is concerned, his absolute masterpiece was "Slingblade".

You'll never be able to look at a wood chipper again without thinking about the film. wink

Definitely worth a watch. Oh Yah.

The TV version is looking promising so far. I though Martin Freeman was very good and it's a real coup having the likes of Billy Bob in something like this.

The first 2 episodes were good but I don't get the idea of tying this in with the film; apart from the general location there is nothing that really links the two. I can't help feeling that the series would have stood up perfectly well on its own.
Having said that, I will stick with it. Billy Bob is always watchable and Martin Freeman is doing a good job too.

I acquired the third episode on Wednesday as it's on Fox in the US and i ripped it off.

Watched it again tonight with the sibling and still enjoyed it as much.

Thought Lester was about to pump seven bells into Hess' wife.

Just caught up on last nights. I'm glad that a) I watched it this morning, and not lastnight thinking about necks and spiders and not sleeping hehe . b) I don't have a dog. c) I had a shower before I watched it.

Things are developing though, going to get interesting with things coming together over the series.
