Maybe his wife, too. She did defeat and escape from those three goons, after all...
He has ample experience in removing bodies and she is an expert in catalogue shopping.

Meanwhile Fat Damon is on the run. Not that he'd get far on foot in those conditions.
He's got somewhere at least, That's one little thread that's grating with me. Cannot quite understand why Lou and Hank let him run off up the road and not catching him up in the car? Given the events, especially Hank's stand off and knock on the head I thought they'd be keen to revisit the butcher's house pretty swiftly?

There is the possibility that Hanzee and Dodd have actually got the upper hand over the Butcher and the wife, and have forced him to make the call to Mike Milligan to trap the Kansas City crew.

I think it was only Ed in the car too.

When the earlier calls came to the Gerhardt house it was "there's a man on the phone says he knows where dud is", when the old lady returned to the house it was "your Indian is on the phone, says he's found dud".

Or was I hearing things?

You did hear that.

I think the indian is tracking them.

Things like Ed's house being his childhood home might rule out him being this Butcher villain.

Best thing on TV this year.

I agree. Only thing that pisses me off is...

Saying 'This is a true story' when it isn't. The Coen brothers started it off of course by saying "we pretended it was true". It's just annoying the TV carried on the lie (though I understand why they did). We know there are no real true stories in film and TV, but to be so brazen does somewhat devalue those films that try really hard to portray some sort of truth.

I started watching the first series about 2 weeks ago. I think it's fantastic. Martin freeman is great but billy bob thornton is smashing it.

I've just seen episode 6 which is the highlight so far. That personal trainer scene with the music is epic.

Is the 2nd series as good as the first??

Enjoyed the 1st series, enjoying this 2nd series too.

How many weeks/episodes are left in this 2nd series?

Without doubt the best thing on TV right now, i just can't get enough of this brilliant programme. I think i'm enjoying this series more than the first series.

Yes you are right, it was brilliant, i think the unpredictability of this show is what makes it oh so appealing & great to watch.

Yes, I'm half expecting the remaining Kitchen brother to break into a big long speech.

Loved last week's episode (watched last night). "You're a st cop, you know?" had me cracked uplaugh

And is it me or did it actually look like it was more Ted Danson pissing himself laughing at that as opposed to his character Hank Larsson?
